Your First Ironman

I am looking for inspiring triathlon stories. It doesn't matter what distance, how long it took you to finish, or how many triathlons you have done. What is important is telling your story and how you were first moved to do a triathlon, about the journey to the finish line and how it changed your life.

I think each of us has an individual story to tell that may inspire others who are just on the start of their own journey and just need a bit of inspiration.

I am looking for finisher stories from around the world from many different venues.

By submitting your story, you are giving me your consent to publish it in my second book that is just being put together. Weekend warriors will be sharing their stories along with some pros and possibly some Olympians.

If I publish your submission you can remain anonymous if you like or perhaps just use your first name. However I would like to know what country you are from and your age etc.

So your story heading may read "John, from Seattle, Washington or "Mary from Adelaide, Australia.

I will edit your submission, but will 'not' change your story. It is your story and will remain your story.

If you choose to send your story, you can mail it via my contact page on this site.
